Digital products – instant download

All our products are digital files (PDF). You can download them immediately after payment, from the order confirmation page and from the email we send you.

Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA customers)

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once the download has started with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. By completing the purchase and downloading the file you give this consent.

When we refund you

We will send you a working copy or refund you in full if:

• the file is defective, corrupted or cannot be opened;
• you received the wrong product or the wrong language;
• you were charged twice for the same order.

Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase, with your order number.
